The center was newly opened to visitors in 2019 after the successful reconstruction of the suburban estate. Its mission and task is to acquaint the general public with the richness of folk traditions and unique culture on both sides of the Czech-Austrian border in the form of educational programs, art workshops, craft fairs, folk music shows, workshops on folk food lectures and exhibitions.
